In consideration for the opportunity to submit my Video and participate as an applicant in The Sounding Board, Inc. Discovery Series (“Series”), and for other good and valuable consideration, I irrevocably give The Sounding Board, Inc., and its agents and contractors, the right and permission to use, distribute, publish, broadcast, or display the Video. I understand that The Sounding Board Inc., is under no obligation to exercise its rights under this agreement and has the sole authority to include or exclude the Video in the Series. I represent and warrant that: 1. I meet all eligibility requirements for the Series. 2. The Video is my original work. 3. I have not granted anyone else exclusive rights to use, distribute, publish, broadcast, or display the Video. 4. I have the full right and authority to execute this Waiver. 5. I have all rights necessary to grant the rights and waivers granted in this Waiver. 6. I have read this Waiver and I fully understand it. 7. All statements and information that I provided to or will provide to The Sounding Board Inc., are true and complete.
