physical Concert Environment

Our venue is Fiske Hall, the auditorium located at the back of the Universalist Church on Fern Street, West Hartford, CT.

We are proud tenants of the church, but unafiliated with a religious denomination. Seating is general admission in comfortable folding chairs. A limited number of 4-seat cafe tables nearest the stage may be reserved for a $5 surcharge. Patrons who select cafe tables may be seated with other patrons.

  • Fiske Hall is fully accessible. Our staff will accommodate wheelchair seating anywhere in the venue upon your arrival.

  • Public (free) parking and bathrooms are close and on the same level as the auditorium.

Inclusive Environment

The Sounding Board is a welcoming environment. We do not tolerate hateful, discriminatory, or abusive behavior, language, or views from guests, volunteers, or peformers.

Food & Drink

Hot coffee (decaf and regular), a selection of hot teas, soft drinks and bottled water, and baked goods are available pre-show and during intermission. • We are a LISTENING ROOM - Please silence phones and hold conversation for intermission.

  • No flash photography, recording, or cell phone usage during concerts.
