Policies for Concerts

When purchasing a ticket, please be aware there are no ticket refunds even if your plans or circumstances change.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the door, while supplies last. Doors open 30 minutes before concerts begin. The Sounding Board does not take phone or email reservations. It is rare for The Sounding Board to “sell out” of seating, but due to our venue capacity mandated by the fire marshall, we can not guarantee that tickets for all concerts will be available at the door after the presale period.

There is no mask or vaccination policy in place to attend Sounding Board concerts. Please use common sense.

Hot coffee and tea, soft drinks, and baked goods are for sale at concerts for a donation. These donations go directly to supporting our mission. No outside hot food or beverages, please.
